With the joy of Ramadhan and Aidilfitri upon us, Unified National Networks (UNN) joined the Ramadhan Charity Drive 2021 organized by Society for Community Outreach & Training (SCOT) Brunei, a non-government organization whose mission is to be a catalyst for a sustainable poverty alleviation in Brunei Darussalam. Held annually, the Ramadhan Charity Drive 2021 aims to aid families across the nation.

On 1st April 2021, in line with the national agenda of improving customer experience by delivering a wider range of higher bandwidth product offerings at more affordable rates, the three service providers; Datastream Digital Sdn Bhd, imagine Sdn Bhd, and Progresif Sdn Bhd, last weekend launched refreshed tariffs for broadband services.

In April 2021, Unified National Networks (UNN) successfully upgraded 13 mobile sites in Temburong district, adding more capacity and introducing additional radio frequency which will improve coverage around the district. Subscribers can enjoy higher mobile download speed, less congestion and better coverage as a result.

With the de-escalation of precautionary measures for COVID-19 by the Ministry of Health (MOH), Unified National Networks (UNN) held the first townhall of its new financial year FY2021-2022 at Tarindak D’Seni on 9th April 2021.

Following an outage impacting fixed broadband services yesterday night, UNN is currently working with its equipment suppliers to prevent yesterday's incident from reoccurring. This involves work done to the network tonight. While UNN is taking all precautionary measures to prevent any impact on service, UNN would like to inform members of the public that they may face some service interruptions.
