Note and Disclaimer:

  • A Service Level Agreement (SLA) for network availability defines the minimum uptime percentage UNN guarantees for its network performance and its benchmark is consulted with the SalesCos.
  • Mobile Network Availability measures the operability of base stations, reflecting the percentage of uptime. % of mobile network availability are rounded off by 2 decimal places and may show 100% despite some downtime.
  • Scheduled maintenance and upgrades, force majeure events, and third-party disruptions beyond UNN control are excluded in the calculation.
