In April 2021, Unified National Networks (UNN) successfully upgraded 13 mobile sites in Temburong district, adding more capacity and introducing additional radio frequency which will improve coverage around the district. On 12th March 2021, Unified National Networks (UNN) detected an outage that affected both mobile voice and data services across the nation, affecting more than 100,000 subscribers. The teams that UNN deployed swiftly upon its detection found out that the incident was caused by fibre cut.
