Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), the leading national technology university and Unified National Networks (UNN), the national ICT infrastructure enabler signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to commemorate their collaboration to introduce Holographic Education Proof-of-Concept (Holo-Ed PoC).
