30 June 2021 - Unified National Networks (UNN) launched its Colocation Service following the newly refurbished Tier 2 data centre. UNN is also the largest commercial data centre operator in Brunei Darussalam that follows international best practices.
The new Colocation Service will provide an enhanced customer experience and convenience with Remote Hand Service that allows customers to execute their data centre operation remotely. With this, customers can now focus on tasks within their organization and no longer need to send their staff to the data centre. UNN will assist customers in verifying physical and visual inspection of device status, change tape, and storage media.
Local businesses and IT companies can set up a disaster recovery (DR) data centre and augment their data centre expansion plan. Borneo-IX customers are also eligible to subscribe to the new Colocation Service at a special rate.
UNN provides local and international companies access to Colocation Service aligned with the digital initiative supporting Brunei’s Wawasan 2035 vision and initiatives.
