8 December 2025 - Unified National Networks Sdn Bhd (UNN), in partnership with EVYD Technology Sdn Bhd, has successfully deployed high-performance AI GPU servers at its Colocation Hosting facility, marking a significant milestone with the launch of Brunei’s first national AI application platform to support the Ministry of Health and its BruHealth app users.
The state-of-the-art facility is built to Tier 3 Uptime Certified design standards, an internationally recognised benchmark for data centre reliability and availability. With dual power supply, it ensures uninterrupted operation for mission critical national digital services.

Powered by EVYD’s EVYDENCE Data Operating Platform, UNN’s Colocation Hosting facility provides a secure, reliable and locally hosted environment for artificial intelligence (AI) applications. The platform leverages UNN’s high-availability infrastructure to enable the development and deployment of advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI-driven health insights, strengthening Brunei’s digital healthcare capabilities and supporting the nation’s data sovereignty objectives.
“This collaboration represents a significant advancement in Brunei’s healthcare technology capabilities,” said Abby Tan, General Manager of EVYD Technology. “By combining EVYDENCE’s healthcare data platform with UNN’s robust infrastructure, we’re enabling AI applications that can improve clinical decision-making, support public health initiatives and enhance patient outcomes while maintaining full data sovereignty within Brunei.”
This initiative aligns with the Ministry of Health's Digital Health Strategy to enhance integrated, data-driven healthcare delivery for the nation.
The deployment signifies a major milestone for UNN, as it demonstrates the capability of Brunei’s commercial data centre infrastructure to host high density AI workloads. UNN is also evaluating GPU as a Service as part of its future roadmap, aiming to offer customers flexible access to powerful AI compute resources when required. This further reinforces its role in enabling national digital transformation across industries, in alignment with Wawasan Brunei 2035.
The platform is currently operating with the Ministry of Health as the initial implementation, providing proof of concept for AI-enhanced healthcare capabilities. The partnership between UNN and EVYD, establishes the technical foundation for expanding AI capabilities across Brunei’s healthcare system, supporting smarter public services and data-driven policy decisions.
