Unified National Networks (UNN) Sdn Bhd

Unified National Networks (UNN) is an organization 100% wholly owned by His Majesty’s government of Brunei Darussalam, and recognized as a Government-Linked company under Darussalam Asset Sdn Bhd.

Established on 4th December 2018, UNN’s purpose is serving Brunei’s digital telecommunication, offering wholesale telecommunication services to both national and international clients.

On 1st September 2019, UNN officially took over all network infrastructure operated by (then) telecommunications providers – DST, TelBru, Progresif and Brunei International Gateway (BIG) to consolidate and modernize all the transferred networks and deliver highly resilient, quality services to the whole nation.

Our business is aligned with our Vision and Mission aimed to create a modern and cost-efficient digital platform in support of Brunei Darussalam’s Vision 2035 and the ICT transformation journey as the country progresses towards a more connected and digitally integrated future.

In support of this goal, UNN is fully committed to develop and empower Brunei Smart Nation initiatives and support talents across all segments. We believe that through modernizing the network infrastructure and investing on new technologies, we can significantly elevate the quality and array of services provided in the country, with better affordability and accessibility.

As CEO of UNN I focus on the key objectives of the industry transformation, and how we can deliver, gearing up towards Brunei Wawasan 2035. Service delivery throughout the country by motivated local talents, continuous skills and knowledge development—supported by the best international practices and modern technologies, is the recipe for our organisation.
